This is the lovely Panda who will be holding classes on her angel fluffy cloud in the art of the #splat limb movement. I'm sure your cloud will be ever so slightly more comfortable than a cool, tiled floor, Panda. Have fun teaching them all to do it. xxx

The #CleverClogsFrogger is so named because it is a random combination of a number of poses, all done at the same time.  I demonstrate above the #SleepingSideSaddleAlienFrogger  And it seems that I am a right #CleverClogs because I feature in quite a number of the positions below!  A-hem ...

The #TurkeyLeg - a how to guide

Place bum on flat surface as if in a seated position.  Stick one back leg out firmly, ensuring that the thigh is on display and well plumped up ... looking like ... a turkey leg!!

This is the latest pose to the Cavalier repertoire and is fast becoming a firm favourite!!  Juicy, firm and tender!!  #faint

The #SplatFrogger

The #SplatFrogger - a how to guide

Lie completely flat on floor with back legs splayed in the #Frogger position.  Front legs should be flat and forward with head also resting on floor between them.  The key to this position is that legs, tummy and head should all be level with floor, ie. like if you've taken a spade to a frog and gone #SPLAT

The #SideSaddleFrogger

The #SideSaddleFrogger - a how to guide

Sit bum firmly on flat surface and in the upright position.  Position back legs as per the #Frogger, but lean to one side and place two front legs astride one back leg, ie. as riding side-saddle like Lady Mary in Downton Abbey.  #curtsies  Legs should read one-two-three-four in a front-back-front-back-front position.

The #Alien

The Alien - a how to guide

Sit bum firmly on floor with legs spread as the #Frogger.  However, put weight to one side, thus resting tummy on one leg which makes it appear to be BURSTING out of said tummy, just like on "The Alien" film ... hence, #TheAlien
